Article Processing Charges

The Bulletin of Computer and Data Sciences (BCDS) is a diamond open access journal, which means that authors are not required to pay any article processing charges (APCs) or publication fees at any stage of the publication process.

All aspects of publishing — including submission handling, peer review, copyediting, typesetting, DOI registration, and online hosting — are provided completely free of charge to both authors and readers. Every published article is immediately available online under an open Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, ensuring the widest possible dissemination of research without financial barriers.

BCDS operates under the diamond open access model supported by its publisher, MedinLin Soft, which covers all publishing and maintenance costs.

The journal’s sustainability relies on:

  • Institutional and publisher funding for editorial infrastructure.

  • Voluntary contributions of editors, reviewers, and academic collaborators.

  • Technical and administrative support from MedinLin Soft to maintain long-term digital preservation, DOI registration through Crossref, and open-access archiving.

This funding approach allows BCDS to maintain the highest standards of peer review and editorial integrity without imposing any fees on authors or readers.
