Authors who publish with the Bulletin of Computer and Data Sciences (BCDS) retain full copyright of their work. By submitting a manuscript to BCDS, authors agree to the following terms:

  1. Author Rights
    Authors retain all rights to their published content, including the right to reproduce, distribute, and publicly share their work in any format or medium. Authors are encouraged to deposit the published version of their paper in institutional repositories, personal websites, or any other open access platform immediately after publication.

  2. License Terms
    All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction in any medium, provided the original author(s) and source are properly cited.

  3. Publisher Rights
    Authors grant The Bulletin of Computer and Data Sciences the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to distribute the work electronically or in print, with full attribution to the author(s). All published contents at Bulletin of Computer and Data Sciences (BCDS) Internet Archived permanently for long term.

  4. Third-Party Materials and Permissions
    Authors are responsible for ensuring that all figures, tables, images, or other materials reproduced or adapted from previously published sources are used in compliance with copyright laws.

    • If a figure or image from another publication is used, authors must obtain written permission from the original copyright holder or publisher before submission, unless it is clearly stated to be under a compatible open license (such as CC BY).

    • The responsibility for obtaining such permissions rests entirely with the author(s).

    • The journal and publisher will not be held liable for any copyright infringement arising from materials submitted by the authors.

  5. Reuse by Others
    Anyone may reuse, remix, or build upon the published work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided proper credit is given according to the CC BY 4.0 license terms.
