The Bulletin of Computer and Data Sciences (BCDS) invites submissions of original research articles, reviews, and application-oriented studies in all areas of computer science and data science. BCDS is a peer-reviewed, diamond open access journal (free to read and free to publish) dedicated to advancing computational methods, data-driven decision-making, and intelligent systems across domains such as engineering, healthcare, finance, and environmental studies. Topics of interest include, but are not limited to, machine learning and AI, data mining and big data analytics, algorithms and optimization, cloud and distributed systems, computer vision and NLP, cybersecurity and data ethics, human-centered computing, and responsible AI.
